Given that he was a lawyer, posterity is really going to judge him badly. I want to encourage the Members of JLAC from Kakamega County regarding certain committees. Just as here, the Committees of JLAC, Budget and Finance, Public Accounts and Investments, any government that does not have those strong committees cannot succeed.
