Those of us who come beyond the Rift Valley are true witnesses. These children are on their own. You pass Kapsabet at 4.00 a.m. in the morning and the children are on the road, doing their road works. The Statement should tell us, what the Government is doing urgently, to erect street lights, all the way from Chebarbar up to Kapsabet because this is where you would see these children running on their own with no support. view
