• 17 Nov 2022 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to second this Bill. Whereas Sen. Cherarkey is perfectly right, we are doing this in the interest of fast- tracking. This Bill is a vehicle for transferring additional funds to our counties. Funds that became due as a result of grants and loans from development partners, in accordance with our Constitution. This being the case, I would like to appeal to the House for patience.
