  • 29 Mar 2017 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Could you clarify exactly what we are doing? When Sen. Wetangula has up to the end of today to respond to the challenge, is it a must that he should do it within the time allocated for debate? Given that he has indicated that he is waiting for a document which probably has the information or facts and figures. The UN figure is one policeman guarding at least 400 people. • 28 Mar 2017 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. If it may help the House, I had come to listen to a statement from the same Senator but she has just apologised because she has a flight to catch. She has left to fly out of the country. view
  • 28 Mar 2017 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Allow me to ride on this question that is very important. The national Government is in charge of policy. Could the Chairperson tell us whether the national Government is aware that also a similar initiative is being carried out by governors? In Kakamega, Bungoma and Trans Nzoia counties, there were instances where the subsidized fertilizer that was given last year was strange because the crop performance for that year was poor. We would like to know if there is any policy that the governors follow from the Government before they bring in these fertilizers. Is ... view

I wish to demand for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations on the fatal shooting of Mr. Edison Natembea Nandori on 18th March, 2017, at Naivas Area, Komarock Ward, Nairobi County.
