I want to thank the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) for choosing me as one of the Members of the team of the Select Committee of fourteen. I rise under Standing Order No.225(5) which states that:- “A Senator presenting a Petition shall not speak for more than five minutes, unless with the permission of the Speaker.” The distinguished Senator of Kajiado County has been speaking for the last 15 minutes.
