However, I have complained before about the manner in which the Speaker arrives in the Chamber these days. While previously, the transgression was that the Speaker appeared to emanate from the Chamber itself, it has now gone further; that the Speaker has now been announced to have arrived when he is in the Chair. For good order, let us insist that we keep to the traditions of the Parliament of the Republic of Kenya. view
