On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would not want to challenge you. However, because you are riding on the remarks by the Senator for Elgeyo-Marakwet---

22 Oct 2015 in Senate:
On a point of order Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I thank Sen. Murungi for that Statement but given that he rose under Standing Order No. 45 (2) (c), which makes it mandatory for the Senate Majority Leader or the Senate Minority Leader or in their absence a Member of the Rules and Business Committee to make such a Statement, could he tell this House what informed the Senate Majority Leader or the Senate Minority Leader or the Rules and Business Committee not to issue this Statement last week?
