I remember that a few years ago, we had the threat of Mungiki and the Kikuyu politicians were right on the forefront and the menace of Mungiki went away. We are all very grateful; normalcy has been restored. view

Since you put the question and the same amendment did not go through the first step that precedes putting the question, it means that he has been overtaken by events.
