So, even if the charge was moved from defilement or rape to carnal knowledge, it amounts to only one thing, that this teacher had physical, sexual intercourse with a child in class five. Could the Chairperson explain why this teacher is not in jail? He was merely interdicted. view

My point of order is that by that very insinuation, the Professor is revealing to this House that the military has started wading into the arena of politics.
