Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I was concluding with this particular point which I want to share with my colleagues; that according to the Economic Survey of Kenya, 2013, the number of pending cases in the Judiciary has risen dramatically by 173 per cent, from 42,000 cases to 114, 000 cases.
