Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is important that the Senate appreciates that some of the issues being raised by Sen. Wako - we agonized over them. It is our considered view that at this stage, all that we are doing is that we are deciding whether to impeach him or not. A Governor in this circumstance is impeachable if on any of the five charges, he is found that he had committed a wrong.
