However, under Standing Order No.105, could the Senator table evidence and substantiate that the names of the residents of this region were forwarded to ODM headquarters and they were denied their political rights? That the ODM party is marginalising these people. Failure to, he should withdraw and apologize because I come from Kakamega County which is predominantly ODM and it has demonstrated that they do not marginalize anybody in Kakamega. view
