24 Aug 2011 in National Assembly:
Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, may I thank the Minister for this piece of proposed legislation. Obviously, if you look at it, you will realise that this is not one of those “cut” and “paste” kind of pieces of legislation, where you lift text from somewhere and put it somewhere else and go on with the balance of events. 23 Aug 2011 in National Assembly:
Order, hon. Members! I now want to put the question. You better be clear; if the question that I am going to put carries, it means we shall go back to the Committee of the Whole House stage for this one clause. If it does not carry, it will mean we will conclude the Committee of the Whole House.
