The Petition had been submitted to the Senate by Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Mokaya Magembe Bernard and the Council of Institute of Credit Management of Kenya. 2. A Bill on the Regulation of the Credit Profession sponsored by the committee will be introduced in the House in the next few days to address the concerns within this Petition.
