  • 30 Nov 2017 in National Assembly: NG-CDF allocation or we devolve further the county funds to the NG-CDF accounts so that we have enough funds to give our people. Most of us are here because we were doing projects on the ground before we came. The constituents expect us to continue with the high profile projects we have been doing. The NG- CDF cannot come in; it is not enough. Thank you for that long speech. view
