I wish to request for a Statement from the Chair, Departmental Committee on Sports, Culture and Tourism on the recent dramatic withdrawal of the Kenya Prisons Volleyball Team from the 2019 Africa Club Championship in Cairo, Egypt. It is worth noting that Kenya had three teams participating in the Championship, namely Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), Kenya Pipeline and Kenya Prisons.
