Driving from here to Eldoret, there are 14 roadblocks between Nairobi in Kangemi area up to Nakuru. I have just been consulting with my friend here from Limuru and he passes about six roadblocks in order to get to Limuru. Hon. Speaker, it is a matter of concern that citizens are suffering. In most of these roadblocks, they only stop matatus, check nothing and get a handshake then they are allowed to proceed. I thank you, Hon. Speaker. view

Kajwang as a very profound lawyer, but now he has shown that he is more informed about bottles and bottle tops more than his profession. Hon. Speaker, I am not satisfied with the answer given. On 23rd April, I requested for a Statement from the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning on the use of COVID-19 funds. I asked about seven items for them to respond to especially on the use of the funds, we are receiving from the WHO for COVID-19. To date, I have not received any response.
