It is up to us as Parliament to make sure that whatever the Government does is within the laws of Kenya. More importantly, we should not act in vain as a House. Therefore, in this particular matter, we look forward to the 26th meeting. Kenyans are tired of being harassed when they go to get their money in the banks. Deputy Speaker, the difference between this Motion and Order No.8 is that it proposes that Bills sponsored by private Members commonly referred to as Private Members’ Bills should have a limit of three-and-a-hours. This will enable the House to fast track the Bills sponsored by Private Members. The Bills are quite many now. In most cases, they may not be as voluminous as those sponsored by parties or committees. view
