These are acts of nature or unanticipated acts and not just earthquakes and floods. It is more encompassing when we use the legal terminology of force majeure . For example, there can be deliberate contamination of food which could cause death and injury disrupting socio-economic and political stability. This has not been captured. There are earthquakes, explosions and forcemajeure. view
