Members know that, over a period of time, we have opened a few training colleges and even the tutors, who teach in these colleges, need to go through some training. In fact, this is one of the reasons we have not been able to open as many colleges as possible. So, this is money for that purpose. Actually, this is also a grant from USAID. view
