Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you go through the Report of the Committee, you will see that they have just mentioned the 60 wards without explaining the formula that they used to arrive at that number. So, after we debate this Motion, this Report will go to the IEBC. It will be gazetted and anybody can go to court to challenge it. Therefore, the Members of the Committee should have given the basis for giving the 60 wards. On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I echo the sentiments by hon. Midiwo because issues of boundaries are so critical that we should not hurry. I have just come in. The Report that I have been given is dated 22nd February, 2012. Now, if the Chair of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is going to table an amendment to this Report, which we do not have, then so many of us will not have the benefit of going through that Report and making meaningful contribution. Mr. Speaker, Sir, mine is also to join the rest of Kenya in passing my condolences to the family of Mr. Michuki on my own behalf, on behalf of the people of Kuresoi and those who have served in the Provincial Administration. Mr. Michuki was a man who believed in efficient organization. He was firm, but fair. So, we will miss him. Thank you.
