It is critical that we reform and energise it, so that its members can execute the mandate of youth participation in national and international affairs. It can work in conjunction with other bodies to ensure that, at least 30 per cent of the work force in the national Government is composed of the youth. We went aboard to the UK and USA in Las Vegas regarding this issue and so I am assuring Kenyans that whatever we have written here, if we comply, we are going to do much.
