I know that she has been struggling for a long time to have this Bill under discussion on the Floor of this House. I have looked at the proposal; the population criteria and the others, but I am more concerned about the allocation based on the land mass criteria. We know very well that the Public Service Commission (PSC) has not even been formed and the salaries pertaining as of today are those of civil service as they were before. Secondly, the salaries of the commissioners of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) are quite low compared to the other commissions.
