We agreed to amend the original title of the Bill so that it reads as County Government Additional Allocation Bill, 2021. We did not have a problem with that. (b)That, annually, the National Treasury shall submit to Parliament, the County Government Additional Allocation Bill in addition to Division of Revenue Bill and County Allocation Revenue Bill.
