I would like to report to the House that we have had discussions since morning and we agreed to lobby. I was with the leadership of the House. We met the leadership of the other House and the Chairman concerned regarding the matters we are deliberating. It is on record that it was unanimously agreed and communicated that the mediation team will meet tomorrow at 10.00 a.m. We agreed that it will be an annual Bill. As I was saying, I take this opportunity to thank the 12 or so Senators who participated in the debate of the Budget Policy Statement (BPS), and more so, the Senators who have spent time and voted for the Motion. Just like most the Senators have said, this is one of the most crucial debates or legislation that the Senate needs to pass. As I conclude, I ask that when we go out there, lobbying must be done.
