Shakila, repeatedly say ‘ nyuma ya tent’ and ‘ yuko safe .’ In our Standing Orders, you can insist to use either Kiswahili, like how Sen. Olekina did today in the morning or use English. Is it in order to interchangeably use those words, yet our Standing Orders state that if you start with English, you use English and if you start in Kiswahili, you proceed with Kiswahili? The first one is to Question No.11 on the performance the Kenya Airways (KQ) and donation. That answer is not satisfactory to me. Therefore, my two supplementary questions are: Can the Cabinet Secretary provide performance acceptance deferred defects that should show performance acceptable technical logs with the dates and pass logs and leases of the said aircraft and ownership? As the Vice Chairperson of the County Public Accounts Committee (CPAC), I thought it is important to support the Statement by Sen. Olekina. I think this is where the meat is. I want to challenge us to go beyond the counties that have been mentioned. On the issue of supplementary budgets and approvals, there have been instances where the CoB approves some items that cannot be traced.
