I am happy that the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations is looking into the matter. First, I would like to commensurate and pass my deepest condolences to the Catholics across the globe for the unfortunate demise of the Holy Father, Pope Francis. He was the unlikely Pope. If you have watched the movie called Conclave in Netflix, it tries to watershed on how Pope Francis became the Pope, coming from South America, where we have the largest number of Catholics.
