One of the issues is, it was never indicated whether an invitation to the Governor of Meru County was sent out during the impeachment proceedings at the County Assembly of Meru. I would want to know whether there is proof to that effect because I have seen the pleadings and submissions that have been made.   • 20 Aug 2024 in Senate: Finally, there was an argument over the office of the Auditor-General's report and the reading of the Constitution. Some of Members felt, the fact that the office of the Auditor-General has generated a report, it can be quoted as a legal document. Can it be used persuasively in any of the pleadings or any case that is before the House? I would want to know the opinion of Mr. Ndegwa Njiru and the County Assembly’s youthful counsels whether that can be taken into consideration. I thank you. view
