The final question was; in the same letter by the TA, all communication and correspondence should and must be through the County Secretary. When CPA Ibrahim Mutwiri Kirimi, who was the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) of Finance and Economic Planning appeared, I asked a clarification question on his standing at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), where the membership number was 10955, and membership status is active, and status is not in good standing.
