These are the elderly, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and the vulnerable in our society. These are people who ask you for Kshs100 when you go to a function. We need to ensure that the Kshs2,000 is given to the right persons. We pushed for the devolved system of Government and I hope the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare challenges the county governments.
