Ministry of Health are putting in place. We agree some of the schools in the country do not have running water or sanitizers. What partnership are they having between the county governments and national Government to ensure that our children sanitize and wash their hands? I was asking what the Committee on Education is doing with the Ministry of Health. What we are discussing borders on health and education.
