I am still not satisfied with your direction on Standing Order No.64 because this is a House of records and procedures. This matter is so critical to the issues of counties. We are investigating billions of shillings that was used across 47 counties and Kenyans did not get value for money. With all due respect, I would request that since this matter will come up for voting and I had an amendment, it will influence the way I will vote.
