I want to request the Committee that this matter will be referred to the entire Senate. This is not an issue of only a Committee. Every county must be given two national Government projects. So, it should not go into the record of the House that some interventions need to be made for me to pay the HELB loan. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, you are the pioneer of the National Employment Authority (NEA). You did not want to go to court because that is one of the vehicles that you should use to create employment. If you come to our offices, they have become employment bureaus.
