County governments which were municipal councils before were collecting higher revenue. Right now there is no full disclosure. The county governments because of corruption are not giving full disclosure of how much money or revenue they collect from levies. Lelelit to know that when you talk about vertical division of revenue; division of revenue between the national Government and the county governments, we are told that there is lot of wastage as per a report by the Auditor-General; that 30 per cent of the money is wasted.
