  • 10 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: Matters of security are cross-cutting most of the time. This is my second time in this Parliament and unless it is a new tradition in terms of responding to Members’ Questions… view

Unlike Members from Nairobi The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor. view
  • 8 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: and its environs such as Kiambu, some of us come from very far. So, I agree with the HBC proposal. People travel on Mondays. Some of us admiring to go for higher offices are required to be away. We take time to travel. Indeed, what the HBC has proposed must have had some soul searching and we support committee meetings on Tuesday mornings. In the afternoon, let us have the House sitting. On Wednesdays, let us leave it out for purposes of health protocols and also for particular committees which may find it fit to sit. The BAC is very ... view
  • 8 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, my humble request as we move forward is that Bills should be prioritised particularly, the Elections Act.
