Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. That Report is the property of the House. The Report was tabled and Notice of Motion was given. If it has lost the “heart” and “kidneys”, we cannot rejuvenate it. The best thing is to kill the Report. We should not give them time to look for other excuses. This is the property of the House. We should pronounce ourselves.
