It will ring for five minutes for the convenience of the House. As we prepare for this, the “Ayes” and “Nays” sides should each provide two Tellers. After five minutes, I want to see two Tellers from each side.

This is what it says. “A Member commits an act of disorderly conduct if the Member— (a) creates actual disorder; (b) knowingly raises a false point of order; (c) unnecessarily interrupts proceedings or consults in a disruptive manner;”
