• 23 Nov 2021 in National Assembly: Chairlady, I was wondering on this New Clause 75D that we have just passed where we are saying “without a reasonable cause or lawful excuse, obstruct or hinder, assault or threaten…” Can somebody have a lawful cause to assault or to threaten? This is the law that we have made. We will move on. view
