That entity, Hon. Deputy Speaker, is the Senate that is pretending to have a mandate that does not belong to it. Matters sports are defined at Article 17 of the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution, and those matters reside in this House. The Senate has been pretending to be inquiring into matters sports and they have been holding many meetings there. The Senate has got no iota of authority to deal with matters sports in this country.
