• 17 May 2022 in National Assembly: Hon. Millie, I really appreciate you for this. This reminds me when I was in practice years back. There were some two boys whose mother had passed on and the sister was living out of Kenya. We put in papers for her to adopt those children and the case took more than three years to be concluded. It was very sad. By the time we were concluding, the children had actually attained maturity and they had missed this golden opportunity. So this is really a very good proposal and I thank you for it. Let us proceed. view
