That the amendments in this SupplementaryAppropriations Bill, the Chair of Budget and Appropriations Committee can only move within the particular votes. He cannot move from different votes. So, on that one he is absolutely right. I hope that the Chair of Budget and Appropriations will adhere to that. Hon. Dr. Nyikal, do you wish to speak to that? view
