I think what has happened and what might help him is the fact that new facts have arisen by the recent appointment of receivers by KCB. So probably what he might want to do is to bring a fresh Question in light of these new factors, so that it can be responded to as a separate Question from what he had earlier asked. Probably that would assist. view
