Wakhungu and the Atandis and Jude Njomos of this House, as we consider this, maybe, you might also want to consider lowering the liquidity ratio. I think it is 6 per cent. It used to be 10 per cent and then it went to 6 per cent. We should consider lowering it further to 3 per cent so that banks can make more money available to Kenyans.
