But you must also remember that Parliament is the only arm of Government that conducts its entire business in the glare of the public on a daily basis. So, we are out there. Everything we do is out there. The rest of the other arms of Government operate under an opaque cloud. It is only what they wish public to hear that they put out there. That may be the difference. view
