• 26 Jun 2019 in National Assembly: in support of providing these funds to the Senate. This amendment is going to provide a safeguard for these funds to be used in an orderly way. Without passing this amendment, we would be in a situation where this money would be appropriated and provided to the Senators without any regulation or holding them to account for the utilisation of the funds. So, it is very critical, now that we have in principle accepted that this Vote be created, we put in place this amendment so that the regulations can be put in place. I support. view

I am sure he is a wise man. As they say, it is the wise who change their minds quite often. It is only fools who do not change their minds. So, Hon. Ichung’wah is a wise man. He knows when to change his mind and he has wisely done so at this particular time. view
