• 18 Dec 2018 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to support this Motion by the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. I heard my brother Hon. Wamalwa positing that this is an agreement that should probably emanate from the foreign affairs and defence departments. This is the correct place for it to emanate from considering that these kinds of agreements are supervised and entered into under the mandate of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority which is domiciled under the transport docket. Therefore, this Agreement is proper and should be supported. view
