What Hon. Millie was proposing to delete is in the Act, in Section 3(3). What you seem to be speaking to are the proposals by the Chair to amend, which are new. I will accede to your first request which was that if the Chair could speak to those proposals by Millie, you would be able to make your decision one way or another. But in any event, we will allow the House to make its final decision. Hon. Koinange.
