Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I want to support the Committee on Delegated Legislation for annulling this regulation. What is more worrying is the fact that in the past one or two years, we approved a tax levied on all passengers who arrive at our border points. From where I sit, I think what the Chair is proposing to do is to bring within the ambit of statutory instruments that must be brought to the House so that those questions you are asked at the bank must have the stamp or authority of this House. Let the Chair clarify then we move to this end.
