If you remove it from here, we shall be exposing the public from whom land is taken by the Government, from a statutory provision that compensation should be provided for them. So, it is for the Chair to point to us the letter of the law that is on all fours with this provision so that the public is protected. Otherwise, we must leave it as it is. view
