Wambugu, you will appreciate that if you commit a crime and it is a recognised crime and you persist in doing the acts that comprise that crime, then you will be charged as many times as you offend. Every time you offend, there is a charge. So, if you persist, then definitely you will be charged. What we are speaking to is the right to property on mere suspicion.
